• Products and pricing: usage dates, prices and ticketing conditions vary from product to product, and apply only to the product type and usage date specified. The price is the one confirmed at the time of booking, and may be adjusted for seasonality or availability.
• No refunds: unless expressly stated otherwise, all tickets and services are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refund is given where a customer chooses not to use a product during its validity.
• Right to amend: where transport, weather, natural disaster, government policy or any other unforeseeable factor causes an interruption, delay or cancellation, this website may, on the instructions of the service provider and within reason, amend, cancel or substitute arrangements without prior notice.
• Personal particulars: the personal particulars a customer supplies must be accurate and must match their travel documents. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the details given are correct.
• Event changes: event times, venues and other related information may change without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the latest information through official channels or the event’s own website before departure.
• Limitation of liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, this website accepts no liability for any injury, loss, delay, additional cost or other incident caused by a service provider or any other third party.

• Payment terms: all payments must be made by credit card, electronic payment or another method designated by this website; see the instructions on the booking page for details. A booking may be cancelled automatically, without prior notice, if payment is not completed within the time stated.

• The standard online booking system is for individual bookings. For group bookings of eight or more, or for a tailor-made itinerary, email [email protected] and a member of our team will handle it personally.

• No refunds: once a match ticket booking is confirmed it is non-refundable under any circumstances. Please note this before booking.
• Rescheduled fixtures: if a match date changes for any reason — including, but not limited to, a move from the weekend to midweek or a broadcast rearrangement — we will do our best to agree workable options with the supplier, including but not limited to cancellation, rearrangement or keeping the original ticket. What is actually possible depends on the circumstances and on the supplier’s policy.
• Matches behind closed doors: if a match is played behind closed doors, we will refund the cost of the ticket itself only. We accept no liability for any travel-related expense, such as transport or accommodation.
• Ticket delivery: all tickets are digital and are normally sent by email to the address the customer supplies, 48 to 72 hours before the match. Please make sure that address is valid.
• Seating: every booking is guaranteed at least two seats next to each other. “Next to each other” means the adjoining positions shown in the seating diagram below:

• *** Even-numbered quantities are guaranteed; odd-numbered quantities are not.
• Conduct at the ground: all attendees must comply with the home stadium’s regulations, including not wearing the away team’s colours or shirts and not visibly supporting the away side. Anyone in breach may be refused entry or asked to leave, without any refund.
