Overview

• Products and Pricing: The usage dates, prices, and ticket conditions may vary by product and are only applicable to specific types and dates. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and may adjust due to seasonal changes or availability.
• Non-Refundable: Unless explicitly stated, all tickets and services are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued if the customer voluntarily abandons the itinerary.
• Right to Modify: In cases of disruption due to traffic, weather, natural disasters, government policies, or unforeseen circumstances, this website reserves the right to modify, cancel, or provide alternative arrangements within reasonable limits, without prior notice.
• Personal Information: Customers must provide accurate personal information matching their travel documents. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the details provided are correct.
• Event Changes: Event times, locations, or other related information may change without prior notice. Customers are responsible for checking the latest updates through official channels or event websites before departure.
• Liability Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by law, this website is not responsible for any injuries, losses, delays, additional costs, or unforeseen incidents caused by service providers or third parties.

Payment

• Payment Terms: All payments must be completed through the designated credit card, electronic payment, or other payment methods specified by this website. Please refer to the booking page for details. Bookings may be automatically canceled if payments are not completed within the stipulated timeframe.

Group and Custom Arrangements

• The standard online booking system is designed for individual bookings. For group bookings (8 or more people) or customized arrangements, please email: info@travelmama.com.hk, and our team will assist you.

Event Ticket Terms

• Non-Refundable: Once confirmed, event ticket bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please ensure your plans are finalized before booking.
• Rescheduled Events: If an event date changes (e.g., from a weekend to a weekday or due to television scheduling), we will work with agents to discuss feasible options, including cancellation, rescheduling, or retaining the original ticket.
• Behind Closed Doors: If an event is held behind closed doors, only the ticket cost will be refunded. Travel-related expenses (e.g., transportation, accommodation) will not be covered.
• Ticket Delivery: All tickets are electronic and typically sent via email 48–72 hours before the event. Please ensure a valid email address is provided.
• Seating Arrangement: All tickets are guaranteed together minimum in pairs. By together we mean connected seats as shown in the following configurations:

• Attendance Rules: All attendees must comply with the home stadium’s regulations, including no wearing of opposition team colors or displaying away team support. Violators may be denied entry or asked to leave without a refund.
